How the clock starts
The 30 days begin the day your system goes live in your production account — not the day we sign.

A lead that the bot fully qualifies and books on your calendar without you having to pick up the phone. Defined precisely in your SOW before we start.
How a refund works
One email to neema@dhaneeautomation.com. Setup fee refunded within 5 business days. You keep anything already deployed to your GHL account.

CUSTOM BUILD

Weekly demos during the build period. If at any weekly checkpoint you don’t like where it’s going, you cancel and we refund 100% of unpaid remainder.

You keep the code shipped so far.

What a weekly checkpoint looks like
A scheduled 30-minute demo. You see working software, not slides. After the demo you have a clean exit point.
What “unpaid remainder” covers
Any milestone you haven’t yet been invoiced for. Already-paid, already-shipped work stays with you — source code, infrastructure, documentation.
Post-delivery coverage
Every CUSTOM build ships with a 90-day warranty. Bug fixes and breaking-change patches are on us.
